Step 1 : Go to www.dgps.maharashtra.gov.in & select your preferred language
Step 2 : Select Change in name option
step 3 : Create New Account with Unique Name & Password
Step 4 : Log in with new account & Select Change of Name option
Step 5 : Download Gazette Application Form, Take print & fill it with proper info
Step 6 : Scan all Documents with Good Scanner with Good Quality (But Size below 500 kb)
Step 7 : Login Again with the New Account in Dgps site & select Option (Open or Minor in case of minor)
Step 8 : Fill all the Basic details like Name, Date of birth, Address, Contact no, Email Id, Old Name & New Name with Proper Reason
Step 9 : Upload Documents Like ( Id proof / Address Proof / Form / Photo and Others ) & select Proceed Option
Step 10 : Select Online Payment options & Pay ….

And in Next 25 to 30 Tha gazette in Pdf Format can be obtain from Gazette Site.
